They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely hardworking. We had to have all our pipes replaced to due a leak and faulty pipes that were installed when the house was built. The team had to endure hours of working in our attic during the hot July days. They remained positive and helpful the whole time. This team and all the people we dealt with at Domco was very knowledgeable. They kept us informed and explained each step along the way to us. Dom leads by example he was very professional, honest, and fair. He inspected the job before and after it was done. To me that displayed his level of commitment to quality. "clogged kitchen drain,the tech was fine.We were told we had a 30 day warranty,if it stopped up again,they would clear it.The wife put the same thing down the drain/disposer,thinking wrongly, it was OK.So she called Rapid Rooter back and honestly explained what happened.The woman laughed at her,and said it would be full fare again.We won't be calling them ever."

"My mothers toilet had been leaking off an on for a couple months. My husband tried to fix, then replaced all in insides of the tank. Just when we thought that worked, again the leaking started coming through the flushing handle. Flooded the bathroom. <br /> My mother has an old dark brown toilet with matching sinks and tub. She was upset that you cant buy that color anymore. After looking around we also found that the base of toilets has changed over the last 20 yrs and are longer, which would mean the toilet would now stick out in the bathroom an extra 6 inches. Ugly and I agree. <br /> I started looking on Angie's list and called the closest one first., and within the hour someone was there, looked at the problem, gave an estimate and explained why it was doing this. He went to the vehicle and came back in the house for another 20 minutes and it was fixed. I couldnt believe all the time we had wasted in hours fixing it, looking and driving around and the possible extra monies that we could of spend buying a new toilet. <br /> When he actually handed me the bill for service, I was shocked, yes shocked with amazement of how LOW the COST was. This company is great and I will always refer and use them in the future. Prompt, curtious, excellent customer care, and their prices are great. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do.
