"Providers met with us first in our home to discuss our needs, share ideas about paint colors, explain estimate, and arrange a schedule.  They were very helpful in coordinating the colors we selected. They knew from past experience which colors were best and were open and honest about our choices. Without their help, we would have been less satisfied with the base color and trim we originally selected. Their experts' eye was invaluable! Their crew arrived promptly on the first day, and followed their predicted schedule throughout the project. There were frequent consultations as the job moved forward, and we were kept well informed about the progress. A careful examination of the house followed the completion of the painting, and it was very important to them that we were completely pleased with their work, which we were. Final touch-ups were made willingly and to our complete satisfaction.  A thorough clean-up of our property occurred at the end of each day's work and when the painting was finished. Ladders and other equipment and materials were stored safely overnight.  In addition to being very competent, the painters were polite, respectful of their surroundings, and willing to answer our questions and receive our comments. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
