"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"This is a review for a big project we hired Doug and Tony for: Kitchen, Powder and Laundry Room renovation The duo did an excellent quality job. They are not in for a quick fix type of a job. Doug and Tony kept us insisting doing the right thing for our home - which meant more expenditure, but a far longer term value in return on investment. The entire project was done on a tight timeline so we had to make decisions based on what was available at the moment. But they made sure we had transparent access to their network of materials suppliers and even got us discounts rather than sticking to the big box stores. We are particularly impressed with the outcome of the kitchen-family room renovation. They made the space ultra functional and contemporary. All of our guests have been super impressed with the section of the house. They will be my first choice for doing any kind of work at home. Hope to see them grow in near future. They are truly deserving."

"Great job on my new front garden planters and love the paver walkway. They will be remodeling my back yard, removing the deck and building a paver patio."

Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work without surprises!"

"Their roof repair services go beyond any industry standards. Having to deal with many contractors, we as property management company have found peace of mind when it comes to such services. Ari and Elijah is exceptional and efficient. They have helped several times to fix many of roof leaks in the building we manage. We always thank their hard work."

"We are so glad we chose Randy and Amber Rosell for our major home remodel. They were so great to work with and everything was done professionally and very high quality. They have great relationships with all of their subcontractors and everyone worked as a team. We redid the entire house, removing walls to create an open modern space and we added a second story on our garage. Amber helps with all of the design decisions and provides wonderful choices but also leaves it up to you if you know what you want. I love my new kitchen and our now modern and updated home! I highly recommend Rosell for any job large or small. Our hardwood floors turned out amazing, along with the entire home remodel."

"Carlos helped us to setup a 10×8 pond in our backyard. He was professional and easy to work with. His passion and knowledge for landscaping and building water feature are unparalleled. Highly recommend him for your next project!"

"Travis was extremely professional and did an amazing job when building my retaining wall and has an incredible eye for detail! His work won’t disappoint!"

"Jerzy and his team did a nice job building a stone patio in my back yard. I'm very pleased with the stone he selected for the job. My only constructive feedback is that a little more proactive communication on the timing of the job would have been helpful."
