"This is a review for a big project we hired Doug and Tony for: Kitchen, Powder and Laundry Room renovation The duo did an excellent quality job. They are not in for a quick fix type of a job. Doug and Tony kept us insisting doing the right thing for our home - which meant more expenditure, but a far longer term value in return on investment. The entire project was done on a tight timeline so we had to make decisions based on what was available at the moment. But they made sure we had transparent access to their network of materials suppliers and even got us discounts rather than sticking to the big box stores. We are particularly impressed with the outcome of the kitchen-family room renovation. They made the space ultra functional and contemporary. All of our guests have been super impressed with the section of the house. They will be my first choice for doing any kind of work at home. Hope to see them grow in near future. They are truly deserving."

"Initially we were very happy with the work done. Part of the agreement was to move some eco-blocks to a convenient place so that we could finish our landscaping. The workers had completed work with the excavator and had moved it out of the yard while the eco-blocks were left against a tree in the middle of the side yard. When I told Hector the Project Manager that they had to be moved he told me that they couldn't get the excavator back in but we could wait for the dirt road behind my house to dry out and they would come back and move them. So, when it was dry I called and asked them to finish the job but they don't answer my calls and won't call back. These guys are happy to tell you what you want to hear to sell the job but may not deliver. Beware."

"Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"
