Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. Very few professionals I have dealt with project and deliver such peace of mind."

"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

"Over the course of a couple of weeks I tried to get quotes from various plumbers throughout my county. Alpine was one of the few that responded. The others were $500-$1000 more then what Rick later quoted and charged hourly. Rick happened to be in my area on another job so he swung by and took a look. He was very professional and friendly. He showed genuine concern about the water filter that I had purchased wanting to be sure I would get the results I wanted. He even offered to do a water test though I declined. I have been using smaller filters from the company for a few years now with excellent results but was finally able to do the whole house filter now. It only took a couple of days to get the estimate back and he came in very low. At first this concerned me but when we met for the initial walk through he said he quoted by the job and not by the hour. I hired them immediately after getting the bid. I was nervous about leaving the house open to someone I had just met. I decided to give it a try after reading through his other reviews and thought it would be a good test being from Angie's list. By the time I got home from work the job was done and they were gone. He even insulated the filter pipes that run along the wall to the water main. He also left open the small cut into the wall where he replaced the outside faucet so I can fill it with insulation so it wont freeze again. I feel he went above and beyond even taking away the boxes the filter system came it. All in all it was a great experience. The majority of the correspondence was done via email and the billing was done over the phone which fit my needs perfectly. We are looking at doing a bathroom remodel down the road and hope he will be available to help us with it.

They actually told me that I do not even really need them. They even said that my mold was not that bad. They were honest with me and they did not try to take my money. "Sound Pumbing did an A+ job. What I initially thought was only a small water leak led to discovery of a broken sump pump which led to discovery of incorrect piping from the pump to the yard. Donald Button was great! Friendly, professional and worked hard replacing pipe outside in a crazy rainstorm, cheerfully even. He fixed all 3 of my problems and everything is running smoothly now. Other people have told me to get more estimates because it's such a big job. There was no charge for the estimate. I knew he was swamped and he came out towards the end of the day. I knew they were busy. He was scrambling and trying to accommodate while he was here. He was all here, and he listened. He was very thorough. I am leaning towards using them."
