"I needed an outdoor faucet replaced as I had to use a socket screwdriver to turn the water on/off. He came out, knew exactly what was needed and got right to work. It seemed like in no time he was back at my door letting me know it was done. Great job, works so much better!"

"We were very pleased with the work done and the timeliness of the process. The only issue we had is their truck left a large oil spot on the asphalt. The company sent someone out to clean it up and indicated that if that did not take care of it they would come back. However, because it is oil on an oil based pavement, I am not sure what can be done without damaging the surface. It is not a big deal, just a bit of an annoyance. The installers did an excellent job. We are very pleased."

"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. Wanna know how it actually works, theyâ ll tell you? Not just, hereâ s how to change a filter. If you need a repair, or a new system, call these guys now. Before their reputation continues to skyrocket and they charge premium because theyâ re the best and honestly worth every penny."

"Best company Iâ ve ever worked with. After a troublesome remodel, we had major issues with both our HVAC system and plumbing. Kennyâ s company was our 4th call looking for help. Foul Weather came out the same day and fixed our HVAC system and then started on our plumbing issues which were pretty bad. They didnâ t over charge us like other big business companies had. They were kind, professional and reasonable. We will be working exclusively with them in the future. What a great company."

"My child flushed a toy, and I'm relieved to have found Tony at Precision Plumbing & Leak Detection. He is reliable, time efficient, and incredibly detail oriented. Does your plumber leave a T.P. rose?! Tony did. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his professionalism really stood out. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated and flawless plumbing experience."

"I had an unexpected miniature lake forming in my backyard due to a broken valve and sprinkler piping. Of course, I didn't know that at the time, only that I had a lot of water coming from the ground. I didn't know what was happening, how to handle the situation or who to call. Through Home Advisor I contacted Five Star. The woman who answered the phone was not only friendly but she assured me I called the right service and they would be out immediately to assist me. In fact, Ray arrived way before the alloted time through the Home Advisor System. Ray quickly assessed the situation, got the water turned off and was able to give me an easy to understand explanation of what happened, what it would take to fix it and the overall cost. This was a highly stressful situation for me, not knowing what was wrong, how much it was going to cost, did the problem extend to other pipes? Ray showed such professionalism and understanding of what I was experiencing. He handled the job quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Five Star Service!!"

"Joe has been the only one to work on my air conditioner in 22 years. He is honest and has integrity. He will come out when he says he will be there. Ive never had to wait. He's there the same day I call, sometimes like today within hours. He diagnoses the problem and tells you exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. No surprises. His prices are far less than the corporate guys. And Im sure his work is better. He fixes it right the first time. He came out today and found the problem quickly. He had the part on his truck and the air was running in no time. It means a lot to me to have someone I trust come over and fix the air conditioner without having to worry about being overcharged. I will never call anyone other than Joe for my HVAC needs. You don't need to look any further."
