Everyone working the job, whether staff or subs, was professional, friendly, and courteous. Brian Merkle was my project manager, and I couldn't have had a better one. Brian loves what he does, and customer satisfaction is number one, whatever it takes. He was in contact with me by email or by phone throughout the four month project, explaining the next step and estimated start date. He followed up with each step, assuring it was done properly and that I was satisfied. If something wasn't quite right, he made sure every issue was promptly taken care of. Brian built my cedar pergola, and I had certain specifications as to how it should look.
