"I have no idea how they compare on price, but honestly it wouldn't matter if I had talked with other providers because these people are great.
When I phoned to inquire about services, the woman I spoke with very clearly explained the entire process, pricing, and what to expect during the service. When the two service providers arrived (spot on time, by the way), they reviewed the service with me, including pricing, so that we were all on the same page. They walked through the house to get the lay of the land, then got straight to work.
At this moment they are just beyond the half-way point in the service. They have been perfectly clean, very nice, and easy to have around. I chose not to leave during the service, so they have been letting me know if something loud was about to happen, but quite honestly, it hasn't been nearly as disruptive as I thought it could be.
I definitely recommend this service provider.

"Easy scheduling via the website. I was able to select the type of service needed and then was shown a list of times available (a 3 hour window).
Robert called about 20 minutes before he showed up to verify what needed to be done and when he would arrive. I quickly talked him through the issue and said there was a chance he might need to leave to get another part once he checked the line. I appreciated that he let me know up front what the process would be.
Once he was here, he was very professional and fixed the problem area in a short amount of time.
Thanks for the service!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Overall went very well, same difficulty finding place but live in rural area without cell service. Very polite & courtesy. Kept us informed of progress."

"Went very smoothly. Everyone I was in contact with was professional. Reasonably priced. The service tech was also very respectful of me being immunocompromised regarding COVID-19, which I greatly appreciated. I plan to use them when it comes time for a tune-up."

"Evan and team were detail oriented and reasonably priced. The one key advantage is that if you have several different types of work around the house (simple things like hanging heavy pictures, to electrical, to plumbing), Priority Maintenance can very likely do them all so you do not have to call in 3 different services."

"Ronnie was very knowledgeable about our A/C system. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of arriving. Ronnie gave us several options on repairing or replacing our unit. No high pressure just facts. We will definitely use him again. Polite and very helpful"

"Service was excellent. Response time was very fast. I am very happy with my completed product. I would highly recommend A&D to anyone. Keep doing what your doing!!"

"They were prompt and professional. The crew that came out to clean our HVAC, also gave professional tips/tricks to maximize the performance of our AC unit."
