With extra time left on the quote, I asked the technician to take a look at a bathroom faucet issue with carbonated fizz-looking water during the first few seconds. I was told that I could get SOMEONE to follow certain steps to remove a type of filter from the faucet, and where to take it to for a replacement part and reassemble it (!). I had one other issue with that same toilet. I called first thing Sat. am. A voicemail announced that "no one is available to take " the call, call back another time. I did not realize that SPR Plumbing does not answer the phone or do weekend calls."
