"Guy Rizzo got back to me right away, came when said he would and fixed the problem-a dirty pilot gas line. The price was very reasonable. Guy is a straightforward, nice, fair guy. I would recommend him to anyone, including family and friends, that needs gas heat or hot water service and/or repair."

"We initially needed a plumber to fix our broken diverter in our main bathroom along with some other plumbing fixes. Chris had given me a quote over the phone which he stuck to. While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). We agreed to do immediately to do this, he ordered it and within a day or two, it was installed! It took us a long time to find a reliable plumber, we found one! Thanks Chris!"

"Barbara was excellent. She found the leak and made the repairs and so far so good. Barbara explained our options clearly and she stuck with the job until it was done to both our satisfaction and she didn’t leave a mess. The leak from the toilet is gone and our new faucet is working perfectly. My daughter thought it was great that the lady plumber fixed everything. We would definitely use her services again. Thanks for your patience and your work Barbara."

"My oil delivery line has gelled up and was blocking my furnace from getting oil. I sat in the cold for 2 days while calling a few companies who claimed they provided 'emergency' service 24 hours a day. Whenever I was able to get a live person on the phone they promised to be here the next day between certain hours. The hours came and went and not a single soul called me or came. I called Moh on Monday night and explained my situation and let him know that I didn't have any heat. He promptly sent me a text telling me he's be here by 10am the next day. He showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would and immediately went to work. He cleared my oil line AND changed my mucked up furnace nozzles that hadn't been changed in years. He was quick, knowledgeable and took him time resolving my issue. He also suggested that I change to gas heat and I'm definitely going to use his company in the spring to do just that. I called him today because my filter is leaking a little and he's going to come back soon to resolve it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and particularly Moh. He's my go to guy from now on!"

"Affordable HVAC repair service. You can actually ask them to do little extras at no additional cost. After I called them for emergency repair of our AC unit, they offered a complementary cleaning for the unit. Amazing customer appreciation. Totally recommended!"

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."

"Chris replaced gas water heater, re-plumbed washing machine discharge, replaced all sink water supply valves and hoses in home and apartment. He was completely professional, on time, very good communication and did an excellent job for a fair price. I would definitely use him exclusively and I have already recommended him to others"

"Excellent Plumbing was fantastic - he installed a new faucet, vanity, and water filter for me. Super punctual, really professional, very communicative, and paid close attention to detail. Everything's working great. What really stood out was Joe's dedication. He came back to check on the work and found an unrelated issue with my kitchen sink (which was already there). He gave me some great tips on how to fix it. I highly recommend Joe and Excellent Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing work. He's super skilled and has awesome customer service."

"Andre is extremely knowledgeable. The services were performed efficiently. I would highly recommend him for other plumbing services within your home/business."
