"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

"Overall a good experience, but a bit of a hiccup at first. Made an appointment for next day (Friday) service/diagnosis of a dead central AC unit , but the tech never arrived- when calling the office, they said the tech wouldn't answer his cell, so they rescheduled for the next business day (Monday). On Monday, the scheduled tech did arrive, and provided quick diagnosis and service. Now the AC works better than it did when I moved in last year! It seemed pricy, but I'll admit that I haven't had to service the AC before, so I'm not sure how it compares."
