I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

Keith, the owner, was there promptly when he said heâ d be. After a thorough walk thru and some thought, he recommended mini splits based on the layout of our house. We decided to go with this and couldnâ t be happier. He had given a rough timing estimate during the visit, and then we were given a schedule upon deposit. They were there on the exact day they said they would be and finished early. The installer crew led by Ron was extremely professional and tidy. We had trouble with one compressor the day before leaving for vacation and I called to let them know, told them when weâ d be back, and they had someone there first thing the next morning for an immediate fix. The units have been running splendidly and these 90 degree days have been so much better for us than in the past! Youâ ll notice many positive reviews for NV, and I will say they are all the real deal. We would recommend NV in the highest fashion, and will attest to an exemplary experience with Keith and his team."

They have an annual maintenance contract that covers checkups in the spring for A/C, and the fall for the furnace. Never seen a more thorough report after each checkup. "Overall a good experience, but a bit of a hiccup at first. Made an appointment for next day (Friday) service/diagnosis of a dead central AC unit , but the tech never arrived- when calling the office, they said the tech wouldn't answer his cell, so they rescheduled for the next business day (Monday). On Monday, the scheduled tech did arrive, and provided quick diagnosis and service. Now the AC works better than it did when I moved in last year! It seemed pricy, but I'll admit that I haven't had to service the AC before, so I'm not sure how it compares."
