"Pros: Scheduling went well. The team is friendly. Clean up was very good. Cons: Expensive Poor quality timbers making a less than high quality appearance. Timbers near garage were installed about 5 inches off design in an area that needs clearance to bring lawnmower through. The mistake was made after agreement with Brian & and after Brian had dug an obvious trench where the wall was supposed to be. One of the new arbor vitae had to be moved because of the misplaced wall. No dirt berm around trees and plants on hill. I ended up berming the areas around each tree/plant myself. One of the plants was covered by the fabric - we had to inform them and find the plant. Conclusion: Environmental Design was one of the most expensive of the 5 quotes we received. We expected better quality and less stress when we pay for more expensive service. We should have inspected all raw materials (I would have rejected many of the timbers) and watched every step."

"Greg and D-Tails get my highest recommendation. I wanted to have an exterior door installed in my kitchen, where there was a window. I had three contractors out for an estimate, including Greg. The other two contractors informed me that this was a huge project that would exceed many thousands of dollars and would require a stucco company that was difficult to schedule. "We are happy to day we have finally found a landscape contractor we can rely on and does exceptional work. We had several phases of work performed by them. Tony Cordes and Lasting Impressions Landscape restored our faith in landscape contractors. The water feature design and end result are absolutely gorgeous. The retaining walls and walk ways not only added function and beauty but enhanced the value of our property. In addition to all the hardscape services Tony and his company also provided erosion and water control. Installing several lines of drain tile and reshaping our side yard as to cure water intrusion issues. 
We had specific desires and needs - Tony Cordes not only listened to these but took them to another level. His crew was professional and respectful of our property. We had several estimates done - we found them to be in the average range - however the attention,  execution & creativity made this the best value by a mile. While constructing our pond (approx 15x22 and 5 feet deep) Tony treated every stone and curve as it were a painting. The end result exceeded our already high expectations. We were having an addition done soon after we started some of our landscaping - Tony worked seamlessly with our general contractor and was another reason we had him back for the final phase of yard work after our addition was complete.
If mother nature ever stops this winter - we will take some photos and post - they are gorgeous.  It is always fun to see neighbors and friends as they see the yard for the first time - eyes pop wide open - just another validation to us that we made the right choice for a landscape contractor.
