Ethan from diversified was the 3rd quote we received. Ethan explained the issue, explained what they would do to remedy it, and answered all my questions. He sent me the quote which was very resonable. BE SURE TO GET SEVERAL QUOTES. ONE COMPANY QUOTED US DOUBLE OF WHAT WE PAID DIVERSIFIED. They were able to get a team out two days later. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day. "I hired Urban Drainage and Masonry to fix two issues with my paver driveway and sidewalk: troughs in front of the garage caused by years of vehicle traffic, and a large hump in the sidewalk that made approaching the front door difficult. The contractor identified excess water from roof runoff as the main cause and recommended installing a driveway drain, along with addressing moss buildup on the pavers. The crew worked quickly and efficiently installing the drain. The process freed up pavers that were reused to replace older, deteriorated ones, and they were able to square off parts of the original installation, improving the overall appearance of the sidewalk. They also provided helpful, no‑pressure suggestions for future projects. Overall, their work was professional, thoughtful, and effective, and I would gladly recommend them."
