"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"The plumbers were competent, friendly, and came one day after I called. They replaced 2 very old laundry hose bibs for my new washing machine and replaced 1 outdoor "frost proof", and leaky, hose bib to restore to good working order. They split the two projects between the two plumbers, which took them less time to finish. Will certainly recommend them and call them again, if needed. Being of a certain age, it's always a little disconcerting to learn of the $$ amounts charged for any repairs these days!"
