"This is an excellent company. I was extremely impressed with the professional attention to detail. I was especially pleased with the precise delivery of building materials and removal of old deck material as the job progressed. The workmanship is first class. They are extremely easy to work with, and they went the extra mile to make sure I received the deck I wanted. I confidently give this company my highest recommendation."

"Exterior Works is highly professional. The estimate was fair and the work was performed in a timely manner. Mr. Shadid and his team paid attention to my problem areas and fully addressed my concerns. My new deck is strong, sturdy and built to last. Great work!"

"Deckmaster provided a free estimate for carpentry repair work on my wooden deck and fence, and also for a powerwash and reseal of the deck, deck stairs, and a fence. I contracted them to do the carpentry only (the powerwash/sealing was more than double the cost I normally pay). Scheduling was done within a week or so, and I was very pleased with the work Gustavo and his assistant did. The repair was done carefully and competently, and showed good attention to detail. I would definitely call Deckmaster again if I needed any repair work done."

"We recently hired Deck Builders, Inc (DBI) to build a new screened porch with a replacement deck and stairs and are very pleased with the results. The owner, Ricardo Anturiano, and the work crew- led by Ronald — were professional, courteous, and hard working. Ricardo was frequently on site and available to answer questions in person, by phone or text. We interviewed 4 different builders in our area before ultimately choosing DBI for several reasons: First, DBI was able to provide the TimberTech composite boards and railings we preferred; second, they offered the most reasonable pricing for our project; and third, we were impressed with their level of expertise and decades of experience. DBI completed our project within budget and the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. If you are looking for an honest, skilled builder, we highly recommend Deck Builders, Inc!"

"We had our deck and screened porch done by Moore and had a great experience. They were extremely professional and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We met with a few other companies but none came even close to Moore. Highly recommend!"

"Balteza Property Services did an amazing job pressure washing and staining our deck. They were punctual and professional, and helped us choose a proper stain. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) We have had our deck stained before, but it looked nothing like it looks now. They are the best. Period."

"We used this company before to replace our deck and were very pleased, so we decided to use them again to replace our fence. Again we were very happy with the results. They came when the said they would, kept us updated with the process and we definitely recommend this company for our next project!"

"JW did a great job from a detailed quote to professional work. We did not have the time, tools or skills to do the work ourselves. JW is a great company to hire."

"Five years ago Rick and his team had completed a full rehab of our deck and we love it. Recently, a material defect occurred and Rick stood by his work when the manufacturer would not. At his expense, he got new material and provided the same great carpenters, (Skip, Gary, and Heracio) as last time and made things right. I highly recommend their work and am happy to share their name with everyone who enjoys our deck. Check out the photos.Thank you again."

"An excellent company, one that we give an A+ for design, workmanship, service, cost and above all wonderful communication and interaction with their customers. Out of all the companies we met with prior to selecting a company, HD Exteriors was the most responsive and thorough. Graham, Jr. took his time going over the estimate and scaling the project for us. Once we decided HD Exteriors was who we wanted to build a new screened-in covered porch and deck, they quickly provided a design package for our review. Once we approved it, they took care of all permitting and HOA requirements. It was a seamless process. When work was started, Tom, Project Manager, regularly kept us up-to-date on the various steps of the project. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. We are now enjoying the outdoor living space of our dreams."
