"Needed to repair or replace my tankless electric water heater. Many other companies refused to even take a look. Worked with Andy, had to get mine replaced but did it quick and very professional."

"This is the 2nd or 3rd time that we used Jimmy and couldn't have been more pleased. My house felt like a sauna and we were desperate for Jimmy to come over. He was extremely busy however he found time to stop by. We were told that we needed a new unit and by 3:30 the following day, we had a new unit installed. Can't get better service than that!!!"

"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Yes, I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here and did an immediate repair, great service."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Called Dexter Wells & Plumbing and John was about to come out the same day and the very next day installed a new well pump and pressure tank for us. We are very pleased with the services received. John is a very nice man and definitely knows what he is talking about when it came to our issue. Would without a doubt recommend them and use them again."

"I placed an emergency service call because my water heater was leaking water. It was Saturday, yet Ariel responded quickly and was at my house within 30 minutes. I was so impressed with how pleasant he was. After thoroughly diagnosing the water heater, he explained fully what needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and most of all, honest. His cost seemed reasonable, and I was really impressed that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater. My unit is 7 yrs old. I was so satisfied with his professionalism I am having him come back to check out my toilets, sinks, dishwasher, disposal, etc. to make sure there are no potential problems."

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"The owner came out very late at night on a holiday for our emergency leak and stayed very late to fix it. Would highly recommend"
