I asked to get a quote on both, but 10 min. later the owner of Absolute called and I liked what I was told. It was late at night and he said they would be at my house right after a job they had in the morning. A Technician showed up around noon and gave me a price I liked . I told him they've got the job and he started on the job of disconnecting my old one and removed it ! A couple hours later the owner showed up with a new one. It looked much better than my old one ! Then the other Plumbing Service called and I told them I already had the job done .. The new one had the same water capacity ( 40 gal ) , but it was much larger ( more insulation ? ) and they had to make some adjustments, but did not ask for more money than I was quoted !! I was very happy with their work and I doubt if another Plumbing Service would have done the job as good, or cheaper ! Before calling Home Advisors I had checked water heater prices and if I would have purchased one and did the job myself I'm sure it would have cost me more !!"
