He was very forthright and honest about everything that needed to be explored as he went. He even provided options for removing minimal drywall for a clean, safe replacement of the existing gas pipe. I appreciated his attention to detail to replace the line in the most clean approach with the existing structure -- not an easy task from what other competing bids were proposing. "I had a water heater break at my commercial medical office when I was away, but my staff told me, and Bullfrog came out that same day. They then replaced the unit the next day after investigating and making sure replacing was what was needed. They were on time, and the issue got resolved quickly. I loved the texts letting you know they were on the way, with a photo included too so you knew the face of who to expect- that added level of safety really makes a difference.
