Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! I needed response to an emergency repair since I had no heat and the weather forecast included below zero weather. The were able to do an emergency response and efficiently diagnosis and repair the problem. It would highly beneficial to me if they incorporated a fixed price service agreement for annual inspection along with a fixed price emergency call rate.
