"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. "We got several bids for the job.  Chavez was the lowest by about 20%.  I checked Angie's list to see if his work was of good quality, given the very attractive price he quoted and saw only positivie reviews of his work.  He started the job on time and finished early and did every detail to perfection.  I was really impressed.  He used GAF Timberline shingles, which are the #1 selling shingle in the U.S. They also did a perfect job on cleanup which is not a small matter when old roofing materials need to be carefully collected and removed, including nails.  I have had several occasions to be on my roof in the past year and have yet to see a poorly installed shingle or edging.  I will certainly be a repeat customer if I need roofing service in the future and can strongly recommend Manual Chavez Roofing.
