"Bill did several days of real work at my house - demoed and replaced trim on two windows and two doors with PVC, replaced the dryer duct, checked and cleaned all the gutters, installed hammock posts in cement, and replaced our mailbox post with a proper pressure-treated install including new concrete. All done right. The quote was itemized and transparent — labor, materials, trip charge, all broken out separately. Final bill matched actual material costs, which is exactly how it should work.
