"Robert Boccia, the owner of the company, came to my rescue within about an hour of when I called. A rental property had a complete blockage in the waste line. He rearranged his schedule so they could do the line replacement the next day. His crew began working around 9am. The waste lines for all the other houses in the neighborhood line up with the front bedroom window. That also lined up with where waste water lines were found in the house. The crew worked hard to minimize damage to the tree that my late father had planted and loved. When, after several attempts, the waste line couldn't be found, calls were made to the City offices to determine where the line actually was. While time and effort could have been saved by calling ahead, in most cases, it wouldn't have been necessary because waste lines are typically buried in a predictable fashion. My house proved to be the exception. Finding out where the waste line was actually located turned out to be good news and bad news. Instead of being to the left of the walkway to the house, it was on the right UNDER a concrete parking pad. This significantly changed the scope of the job. Again, the crew found a solution that minimized damage: instead of breaking up the entire parking pad to dig out the old line, they took out the rightmost portion of the pad, which, happily, came away cleanly, and dug a trench to the right of the clogged/collapsed portion of the line. They found the waste line close to the house, attached new pipes and then ran a new line to the right of the old line, essentially doing a bypass. I had previously spoken to another company about my waste line problem, and they didn't know their right hand from their left. I'm so glad I called Glenoak Plumbing to do this job. "Last night we found out toilet backing up. Crazy overflowing water. We were lucky we had a wet vac.... Searched all night and don't sleep easy. Called first thing in the am. Answered right away. Had great pricing and was willing to come immediately. Offered various payment options. Were friendly and masks per covid-19 protocol. Finished the job in about an hour. Cleaned up and rolled out. Turns out we needed our main line snaked and toilet seal replaced. They removed the whole toilet to do the job. Would definitely use them again!! Thanks guys!"

"If looking for someone to do the job quickly or special color.  I wouldn't recommend, otherwise use them.  I broke my toilet on the 13th of November, it took the firm until 3 December tp replace.   Granted there was a holiday in there but the time limit was horrible The replacement went well and I have no complaints about the final product.   I would recommend that they keep in stock a couple of standard colors as not to take as long.
 
It will cost me between $8,000.00 and $14,000.00 to replace the ruined drywall and electric in my dining room.  Plus I had to threaten once to get the firm to reply.
