"Perfect! Prime Plumbing answered on my first call and scheduled plumber to come out and inspect job and offer quote. I accepted immediately and the scheduled the job for exactly when I asked. The plumber, Donald, who came out to inspect and quote the job also did the job. He installed a new natural gas line and manifold, set up the pressure test for the county inspector, hooked the line up to BGE's meter after they ran the outside line, and then connected our new gas dryer and vent to the outside. He also supplied and installed a new sanitary sink and water supply and waste lines in our basement. His work was perfect! The price was very fair and competitive. Their office staff is friendly, helpful and answers the phone immediately. We will use Prime Plumbing for all of our future needs and they have our highest recommendation."

"we were looking for a new company when I saw Brooks has good reviews and a coworker said he knew someone worked in the other part of their business,, I called set up the appointment, staff was nice and set up the date and time, I was not there but someone was and the Tech I talked to on the phone and gave the go ahead to perform the Repairs.I believe he did very well and was very professional. when I returned there was no paperwork, I also checked the heater to see if indeed the sensor was replaced which it was but noticed the filter had not been changed out and it was dirty, I thought it should per our new service contract so I called and the lady said they could send one out, I told that would be fine or when the tech is in the area to drop it off, paper work I did received it's vague not really a contract of sorts or knowing what's included. i did not call back and went out and bought a filter myself. The reason I am leaving a C is because of the Filter that should have been included in the price of the new service contract. <br />"

"Can't say enough good things about Fitz Mechanical and Chris. I smelled gas near my dryer, and BGE came out and confirmed a leaky line. They shut off the gas, so I called Fitz. The woman on the phone was super friendly and sent Chris to my house right away. He happened to be nearby finishing a job. He replaced the bad flex line and the old shut-off valve, which BGE recommended. He also secured the dryer vent pipe, which kept randomly falling off despite my efforts to secure it over the years. I've hired Fitz in the past, many years ago, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

We all laughed. <br /> We had leakage issues in basement and really strange pipe arrangements. He ripped out the strangeness and replaced it with clean, straight connections that are properly fixed to walls and ceiling studs. It turned out that previous owners had installed the wrong type of PVC pipes on the hot water lines. That's why it leaked if you looked at it crosswise. We now have the correct piping and basement is dry and pretty. And I can run hot water to laundry without buckets on floor to catch leaks. Yippee! <br /> Would I hire this guy again? Oh yes!!! When we're ready to rebuild basement bathroom next year, this is the guy I'll call. <br />"
