They were on time, professional and did a killer job on front and side door and screen door install, couldn't be happier, and how much better our house looks with the addition of new doors! "Super. He came promptly (same day), made the repairs efficiently, as always. Bob explains everything he does. He could have replaced the guts of the toilet tank, but being an honest person, he said only the flap. arm, and chain had to be replaced. I asked about replacing the toilet with a higher one, but he said that the newer ones have smaller tanks and do not flush as efficiently as do the no longer available larger tank sizes. He also said that if height was the only reason I was thinking about replacing the toilet, Bob suggested a higher toilet seat attachment. I could get one at the medical suppy store or some drug stores carry them. Not only do the higher toilets cost around $200 more, but to also consider that the base of the new one may not fit the same on the floor."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I had this work done in stages, as it took some time to see everything that needed to be done.The owner came out to assess the work requested and to get clarification on what was desired. A quote usually came via e-mail within 48 hrs. Once approved, a date and time for the work would be scheduled. The work crews were very professional. As I needed to leave for work, they would finish for the day and lock up behind themselves. The interior and exterior lights were replacing existing fixtures. For the very large ones (two chandeliers), they constructed large boxes to contain the removed pieces. Most of the parts to be replaced had already been purchased by my interior designer, so AC Electric had to work around this. They installed the ceiling fan in the kitchen, but recommended a different wall control than the one purchased by the decorator (wrong type). There were previous issues from the previous owners: illegal wiring in the basement and data wire stapled along the exterior of the house. AC Electric provided a quote to bring the basement lighting up to code and improve the illumination, and took down the data wire. I did agree to the basement lighting and was very pleased with the results. The previous coach lamps were improperly installed, and AC Electric mounted the new ones properly so that they would not tilt forward. The owner would come out at the end of each job to inspect the work. If there was something he did not like, someone was sent out the next day to correct it. Be aware that the majority of my costs were for labor, as I already had most of the hardware. The start time is just an estimate, so a couple of times they arrived a few hours later than expected. They are located in Summit county, so there was a $110 trip charge to come to neighboring Lake county for each visit."

Job entailed removing window, relocating tub, relocating pocket door, shower, toilet, tile, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. A complete overhaul delivering form and function perfection. All work was completed in a timely manner, with great care. Dan has an eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He delivers precisely what his customer asks for. When all is said and done, the difference is in the detail and the people and Johnson Home Improvement delivers on both!"

"Mr Conti called back promptly and came out a day or two after my initial phone call regarding a gas line valve that I wanted to change. The gas line ultimately didn't need to be serviced but he looked at the garage disposal which had burnt out bearings and was rusted. He ordered the high end disposal that we chose and came back and installed the disposal, removed the old one and did some additional toilet repairs that we needed. Mr. Conti is very cordial and professional and works quickly and efficiently. He also is knowledgable and gives good advice about possible economical solutions to plumbing problems. His charges are reasonable and fair. We plan on using his services in the future and highly recommend him. <br />"
