"First Mr. Lima is very respectful and professional gentleman. We told him what we wanted and he provided our services. We needed to replace two walls that the previous owner took down illegally. Next, the kitchen was in desperate need of repair. The bath had two doors entering so we closed one of the doors which was the entrance from the master bedroom. We used that closed off door as an addition to our now walk in closet! Also his team redesigned the space to be more functional. His son showed us that the roof had a leak that has been going on for a long time in the bath. He went on the roof with my husband to inspect where the leak was coming from and suggested that we look into a new roof in a few years. He patched the problem for us without asking. These guys are communicative, suggestive and very respectfully during the entire renovation. Mr. Lima and his team is very knowledgeable and I would definitely suggest using him and his team for any work throughout your home.
