Handyman Contractors in Middlesex, NY

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"I hired Ken to install drywall over severely cracking plaster ceilings and walls 1 1/2 years ago. The work was phenomenal and it still stands the test of time today. Called him back this month when a bathroom plumbing break ruined his beautiful work and he came and fixed it up in no time to look brand new. He's coming back for a third job next month. I don't know why anyone would use anybody else--he does great work, quickly, cleanly and at an affordable price. He's honest and a man of his word."

"Meticulous work! Very happy with the outcome of the project done."

"A quick and and excellent job done on the same day after a late morning Friday call. Two excellent techs, Ron and Brady. Would love to have them work on any of my jobs in the future."

"Nice young man, hard worker, and happy with final result. Showed up on time and worked hard."

"So happy we chose R&D for our exterior wall repairs! they were great to work with throughout the process of what turned out to be a complicated issue. Their communication was really appreciated as they dug into things and problem solved some unique issues with how the previous home owners had cut corners on the house. R&D wasn’t the cheapest initial bid we received but I have no doubt that we would have wound up paying more in the end for a lower quality result with anyone else. Thanks guys!"

"We had Jamal do several small projects around the house we are renovating . He removed old track lighting, swapped out a very complicated chandelier, redid kitchen lighting, replaced cove molding, removed 2 mirrored walls and more. He works quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail and cleaned up as he went. He’s a great guy with a great work ethic. We will be using him for a variety of upcoming projects. Don’t hesitate to hire him!"

"Marcus provided quality work , and was accommodating to my schedule ,which I appreciate . Thank you very much ."

"Milt is a customer oriented professional. He did an outstanding job in walking me through decision analysis on whether to repair, replace in kind or replace with a tankless water heater. We decided to go with tankless with a pay back period analysis and competitively choose between Lowe’s and Home Depot. He carried out the procurement and installation of the new tankless water heater with high quality. Thanks for job well done."
