Immediately was back to me with the cost.  Out of the quote of $600.plus, over $500. was just the part.  We decided that we will attempt to replace the entire oven since it is 15 years old.  Kim felt that was reasonable since it appears that parts are being phased out.  Really appreciate her feedback.  We will go to Murf's for any future repair needs.

Doug came in to our home and we addressed the problem we were having with our sliding door, and within minutes he addressed what was wrong and told us what he could do to repair it. He was very honest, took the door apart and cleaned it up and it works like new! We were thinking of replacing it, but he advised against it. You don't meet to0 many handymen like that anymore. We could've easily spent over $1000.00 dollars on a new door plus labor. We highly recommend him for any other project. As a matter of fact he's doing some other projects for us in the future! "Contacted Tully's to have a service rep come out to discuss a problem with a heating/cooling issue in one room in our home. On 7/23/2010 Bow from Tully's came out and checked out our issue and discovered the ducting to this room was too small and explained the problem with me. Bow gave me a price to do the upgrade to the proper size ducting as well as adding an additional floor register to this room to correct the problem and I agreed to the price. Bow also discussed with me, via my request, about their yearly maintenance program on the furnace and A/C equipment. I also agreed to that as the price is very reasonable for what they do and peace of mind. Work was performed on the 28th which was very quickly scheduled (thank you Laura from the office) when Bow came back out and replaced the ducting with the larger size and installed the additional floor register. Bow's work is very professional, clean and neat and there was very little in the way of clean up when he finished. Now that room is nice and cool like the rest of our home and I'm sure it will be nice and warm this Winter and we will have no need for the portable heater that we had to use last year in there. I am happy to be a satisfied Tully's customer! Thank You Tully's!"

"Nick was quick to reply and schedule. The replacement dishwasher needed a few extra parts for connection. He went to buy the parts , returned and did an excellent installation in a job that required at least double the normal time due to some irregularities with the original dishwasher installation. He was efficient and courteous and went the extra mile. I highly recommend him and will use his services again if needed for other jobs."

"I originally got a quote to install my new microwave over the new range. I hired them and that turned into many projects. They installed my microwave and made sure it was properly ventilated Added tile around the top of my shower and floor. Installed a new vanity light, new fan exhaust in the bathroom and split the switch where I could use them separately. Added beadboard to the wall in my bathroom, secured the vanity and added a backslash. Added new backslash in the kitchen and secured 2 cupboards. Installed a new garbage disposal and fixed and electrical outlet in my kitchen Took my old sliding glass door out and installed a new one. Cleaned the gutters for me and cleaned the leaves off my deck. Not only was Jason and Jessie very professional and courteous, they took the time to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing, and paid attention to details. The price is worth a job well done. I highly recommend them to anyone. I know I will use them again."
