"They were excellent to work with giving us a complete detailed estimate for each of our 3 projects including all of our allowances. Including agreed upon payments schedules for each. They communicated schedules and any adjustment to those schedules, which were all minor. They cleaned at the end of each day of work to keep the dirt down to a minimum. As we did 3 different projects, each with their own contract, if we had not been happy with the first or second we obviously would have not continued to work with them. "We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"Bill and his crew had been digging up the road a few feet from my front door for a couple of weeks in order to replace my neighbor's septic system with city sewerage. Knowing of Malden's lead-copper regulations, he offered to replace my lead water line while he was working in this area. In spite of the incorrect piping plans supplied by the city's Engineering Department, Bill was able to locate the shut-off for my service (which was buried under several layers of asphalt), do the excavation, and replace my lead pipe with copper. I hired him without getting a second estimate because I was impressed by the work he was doing for my neighbor, because a different neighbor told me his price sounded reasonable, and because the staff at the Engineering Department said that he was a "good guy" and in fact did some work for the city. I gave him a "B" rating on Price because he never mentioned/offered his 10% Senior Discount to this 75-year old lady."

"We were so happy with the kitchen and master bathroom remodel that Todd did for us that we hired him again to remodel our downstairs bathroom. Todd gutted the old bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt the floor in order to remove water damaged boards from a prior leak as well as accommodate the new curb less shower pan. Todd was very thoughtful and had some good design & layout suggestions and helped us work thru other challenges like how to route/hide things we didn’t think of such as vent pipes. Todd found and installed new window trim and doors that also closely matched the rest of the house to help maintain consistency throughout. He installed new tile on the floor, shower walls, and subway tile halfway up all the remaining walls. All of the lines were perfect again and he did a fantastic job. We have received many compliments on the bathroom and are thrilled with how it turned out. Todd is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and his work."
