He is also kind, friendly, and very professional. He had the part fixed in TWENTY minutes (including tidying everything up and oiling everything so the door sounded brand new as it went up) and was on his way. This is a family-owned company. The lady who answered the phone is his mother. When she realized my situation, she called him at home (he wasn’t working the weekend) to ask if he could come help me. Folks, people just don’t do business like this any more. This is the kind of place that really cares about you. Add this number to your file of “places I can count on” and don’t call anyone else. They are terrific."
