"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. Bill even went to the extent of texting me a picture of the finished product. So pleased with this company and will absolutely recommend them to ANYONE that will listen to me."

"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. "Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

"I had a little bit of trouble connecting with the service manager, Declan, to arrange for an estimate. We kept missing each other's phone calls. Finally, we arranged (via voicemail) to meet at my apartment. He was on time, and very professional. We agreed on a price for the work and he was able to start the job within a week. In addition to cleaning the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms, I asked him if he would be able to remove a rust ring that had been on our bathtub since before we bought our apartment in 1997. On the day of the work, he and his helper showed up early. They finished the job in one day and the kitchen floor and bathroom tiles look absolutely sparkling and beautiful. They even got the rust off the bathtub. We had our kitchen renoved in 2005 and the grout was pretty dirty. It looks fantastic now. They cleaned up after themselves, and Declan was proactive in getting the approval from the managing agent for our apartment building to do the work. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I felt it was money well spent. I can't believe how nice and clean the kitchen and bathrooms look!"

"The work and communication were great but their price estimating leaves a lot to be desired.
I reached out to them via their site with a very detailed message as to what we needed, 20 linear feet (70-72 pieces of  2"x4" Carrara Marble tiles) bullnosed or polished on one of the 4" sides.
We received a response from Shubert and subsequently spoke on the phone where he asked me to text him images of what we spoke about. I sent him the images of the tiles with a recap of what we wanted, explaining that we needed 20 linear feet of tile bull-nosed and polished on one side (70-72 pieces of  2" x 4" Carrara Marble tiles) . I was quoted initially $200. And then in became $260 as we wanted polished and bullnosed.
Shubert then put me in contact with Pedro who picked up the tiles from our contractor who again explained what we needed,

A few days later I went and picked up the Pedro who was super nice and he only had 3 linear feet (12 tiles) bull nosed. Pedro then proceeded to contact me later that evening and tell me that Shubert had made a mistake and that the job was now going to be $410 dollars. I felt like I was being held hostage as they had my tiles and our contractor's clock was ticking. At the end of the day Stone Makeover's pricing/estimating cost me $800 more than anticipated. Their extra $200 plus the $600 extra that I had to pay our contractor for the 2 delay in getting these.
I would definitely use these guys again as they did good work and were good with the communication, but I would get an estimate in writing before proceeding. So they get an F in pricing and their professionalism which would've gotten an A takes a hit for not honoring their initial pricing.
