"Woke up one morning and noticed that one of the zones of my furnace was off so I called several contractors, Hudson valley HVAC was the second I was in contact with. Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money. As it turned out it was beyond my abilities and in fact it ended up that four pipes burst. Mitch had one of his guys come over to get started on the work arrived at 11:30 a.m. Monday didn't leave till after midnight Tuesday morning and the job was done with great care to detail. I can't speak highly enough about Mitch and Nick at Hudson Valley HVAC. Not only was the price competitive the first thing they did was offer us heaters when they arrived because the house had gotten so cool. They were professional and personable and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services."

"I received excellent service from Jones Services. Josh was the technician that came out. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough in his testing and troubleshooting of the problem with my A/C not working. Turned out, the A/C unit is fine and my thermostat is fine. The GFI switch for the condensation pump on the furnace had tripped due to a power surge; which caused the thermostat to not be able to turn the A/C. Since no parts had to be replaced or repaired, I was only charged the service fee, which is minimal in my opinion. I'm so impressed with service provided, that I signed up for their perpetual home maintenance program.
