"Had a water heater go out on a Saturday. A friend of mine gave me Shane's contact information. He was out of town but sent Marco out to my home within 30 minutes of talking with him. Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn't remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient. He was concientious and went over usage with me afterwards. Shane was quick to stay in touch and follow up as well. Would highly recommend"

"John, from Plumb Tite Plumbing, called in advance, as promised; he was on time; and he was extremely courteous. He saved me some money by pointing out that one of the sinks only required cleanout of the initial sink pipe, and he was able to clear the other sink with the snake.
