"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."

"Of course it became obvious that my air conditioning was shot when the temperature hit 90 degrees.  I was expecting it because I had been just been ekeing by the last 2 cooling seasons.  I selected Chilly from Angie's list, left a message and they were very quick to return my call and come out.  Sam the owner of the company is a sole proprietor and clearly had a long list of calls, but got to me as soon as possible.  We agreed it was time for a replacement, he discussed my options, reviewed the system, the size of the house, previous work that had been done and put together an estimate.  I had estimates from the previous year and had a relative expectation of the cost.  My house is two stories and slightly over 3200 sf.. Sam's estimate was reasonable in relationship to the others I received, but more importantly it was clear he would do good work.  That turned out to be true. He did a great job with the installation, including correcting some things the furnace company had not completed properly and everything was neat and tidy upon completion.  I will definitely have him back when heating season rolls around to give the furnace a once over and check up on the AC each year as well. As with many of the other reviews on Chilly I highly recommend them and will use them again.

"Originally contacted Plumb Tite on 11/30 to inspect a faulty water heater. They were able to replace the water heater the next day. During the inspection process they noticed that the internal pressure of the incoming line from the street was excessive. They were able to install a water pressure regulator at the same time as the water heater. Was very satisfied with the work done on the water heater and regulator, so I decided to have them replace the main water shut off valve on 12/27 due to it seizing up. Plumb Tite is prompt, professional and their prices are in line with the market."
