He kept in constant communication as to when our job was scheduled and when his workers would arrive. They showed up on time and stayed late until our job was finished. "Communication between owner and workman/foreman was poor. I felt like I had to inform the workman and find answers to questions via email on a regular basis. There was no walk through at the end or any contact from builder to make sure I was satisfied with the project completion. I had to contact them with the punch list. I did really like two of the vendors. . .the kitchen planner and the vendor that showed me faucets and garbage disposals. The electrician that was used was in a hurry when he came the first time to see what was needed. Not enough time to think through the logistics."
