"I was smelling a burning smell coming from my engine, so I called Elite (we've been customers for about 6 years). They said their schedule was packed that day and the next, but they would fit me in where they could. They under-promised and over-delivered! They were able to take care of my car that same morning - it was finished within a couple of hours of me dropping it off! Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. I've told them in person, but I want potential customers to know Elite provides excellent service at a great price! <br />"

"I called DiRocco on a Tuesday morning and they sent David out within a few hours. He called before arriving, came on time, and got to work quickly and efficiently. I explained the issue with our boiler, and he was very knowledgeable and quickly analyzed the problem. He flushed the boiler, cleared out the valves to the site glass and sensor, and got things working correctly. He also explained the issue, showed me how he fixed it, and gave some pointers for proper monitoring/operation in the future. He was very personable and friendly with my 2-year-old. I am a young, pregnant mom and felt comfortable having him in my home. The cost was very reasonable, and they accepted a cc. I would definitely hire them again. It's been a couple days and the boiler is functioning fine."

"I contacted over four plumbers, and Malone's was the only one that gave me comfort that the job would be completed on time, on budget and correctly. Some plumbers never gave me a quote even after taking the time to view the job with me. We called for an estimate, Tom came by and gave us a fair price. We are completely remodeling our house and need to have everything completed on time to be able to move in by the time we sell our current home. They replaced the plumbing stack and added new vents to bring the house up to code. After seeing their work, I decided to have them replace all of the hot and cold water pipes rather than doing it myself. "The drain leak started on a friday evening, with water pouring into the basement every time we turned on the kitchen faucet. Since it wasn't an emergency the plumber came at 8am the next morning. Finding the break in the pipe took about an hour, and involved making holes in the basement ceiling and also under the sink. He kept the holes small and tidy though, which I appreciated, instead of just ripping everything up. There was dirty water in the basement, and the job was pretty messy. While there he also fixed a leaking pipe, although he had to leave to get supplies for that job. He was very polite and worked quickly and quietly, despite all the distractions going on in the house. He was there for about 5 hours total. I felt the price was fair for plumbing, which is always very expensive."

"I needed to plumb a new whole house generator with natural gas, so why not plan on converting everything to natural gas as the appliance needs replacing (propane hot water and stove) right????? I called TOM'S PLUMBING after doing a search on ANGIE'S LIST for a professional. I figured I would get 5 quotes, narrow it down to 3 and then really compare the 3 and decide on one. I did contact 5 professionals and all came to the house and reviewed the job. So, I decided on TOM's PLUMBING after reviewing the 3 and even with a couple of quick revisions to the job, we were able to schedule it in for the following week. This one point was very important to me as we were going to be leaving for vacation, and if I could get this project done, one less thing for me to think about. Tom and his associate Chris showed up right on time on the scheduled day, which was a hot one. They went right to work regardless of the heat, and completed on time. One way I judge a service is whether or not i would hire them again. In regards to TOM's PLUMBING, yes, I would CERTAINLY hire them again, and in fact, I'm already contemplating a couple of new projects. In summary, TOM's PLUMBING is as professional as they come and yet, small enough to be able to work with a home owner for any and all revisions, I mean, we all know things come up. Tom was always available for any questions or concerns and I knew I was in good hands. so not only would I hire them again, I would recommend TOM's PLUMBING to family and friends, which is really what we all care about!!!"

"On all of the jobs, they were very professional. Statewide seems to stand by any work that they do, which is so important. If there was something that they needed to amend, they were on it right away. When my mop sink in the basement was stained with rust water after a flush, and they sent someone out immediately in order to clean it up. Now it looks spotless. "It went well. Even though it was a Sunday evening, manning plumbing came by to help. <br /> <br />With a lot of rain recently, the basement sump had been fairly active. The evacuation pipe however was worn and leaking all over the laundry room every time the pump kicked on. <br /> <br />Manning sent a man over who called when he was on his way and showed up in the window time previously set. He not showed me and fixed the two issues (back flow valve and fasteners) but also pointed out a small leak beginning in one of the wash machine lines that I had not noticed. Good outift, have used them before and will again. <br />"
