"I had purchased various pieces of home theater equipment such as CD player, 3D BluRay player, receiver, etc.  I hired Robert to hook these all up for a new sound system/home theater system.  He had to disconnect all the old equipment and make sense of the existing wires and sort out the new system.  He did a great job including providing written instructions for navigation of the various components until I become familiar with them.  I was very please with his work ethic and he was easy to talk to when expressing my wishes concerning the setup.  I would hire him again.

"The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job."
