The great thing is that he doesn't live far from me. I called him up and he was completely honest about my options, stating that it wasn't about the money, he just wants his customers to be happy. He worked with my schedule and came to my house to mount my new TV to the wall. He ran into trouble with the bracket and screw size. He quickly went out to his van and took his time to make sure he found the right screws and tools. He made it happen with my existing bracket, thereby saving me money.
