Andrew’s garage door solutions is customer go to when they have garage door issues Andrew’s garage door solutions have fair rates and we will do what ever it takes to get are customers up and running
"Andrew contacted me immediately and started to diagnose my issue over the phone (it was related to the door and not the opener as I originally thought). He set up a date and time and arrived promptly. He rapidly diagnosed my issue and was able to repair it quickly. I also asked him what I could do and he walked me thru maintenance I can do so I do not have a similar issue again. I immediately hired him to also upgrade my door opener (my current opener is long in the tooth and I wanted to get a more modern and reliable opener. His prices are more than fair. He had a low fee for the diagnosis and the repairI will hire him again and so should you!"

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
