Very personable and professional. We had a number of heavy pieces of furniture and appliances to move and they did it as part of the job. We had just had our condo painted and they did not mar or scratch any of the walls! I would give them 10 stars, if that were permitted!"

Our in home salesman was terrific and helped us pick out our flooring. The installers were fabulous, friendly, on time and efficient. Nick, the installation manager, stopped by during the install to check on things. Super nice guy and appreciated him checking on the progress. Finally, Paul called to see how we were enjoying our new floors and wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. We also got a vacation voucher just for getting new floors!!! "Scott (the owner) quoted the job and did the work himself which I liked. Other companies will send sales reps out that don’t really understand the work. Scott also was able to come and do the job quickly - called him Saturday morning and he came Sunday morning - other companies were quoting 4-6 weeks out. Our home / wood floors are only eight years old so we didn’t need a significant sand and stain. Scott used a floor sander and did our first floor and stairs and stained them with a good water based product all in under two hours - I applied the second coat myself with some stain he left me five hours later. My only regret is that some of the small “chips” in the floor did not sand out - I regret not filling them in myself prior to having Scott sand the floors. I am impressed with the quality of the water based product that was used and would use it again"
