"Replaced tile and carpeted floors with Somerset Engineered white oak hardwood flooring. Finish was gunstock. I also had the tiling removed in our main bathroom and replaced. They completely redid the shower and the flooring. Overall, I highly recommend Functional Floors. On the flooring project, I had about 700 sq. Ft. Of flooring replaced. The project took about 2 weeks to complete. The worst part was the tear out of the ceramic kitchen floor. The installer, Matt, sealed off the area to eliminate the dust the best he could. No matter what you do, you’re still going to get dust. I am a retired engineer and do woodworking as a hobby. I’m a fussy person and not easy to satisfy. I usually do most projects my self. The few times I contracted a project out, I was disappointed with most. So I was concerned about this one. I have to tell you that Matt was every bit as meticulous as me. He did a great job. He always kept me informed about how it was going and talked to me about any concerns. He constantly cleaned up after himself. Again, I have no regrets about Function Floors, they would be my first choice for future flooring needs and would highly recommend to others. The second project was removing the floor and shower tiling in our main bathroom and installing new tiling. Approximately 120 sq. ft. Jerry was the installer for this project. The project took 5 days to complete. Jerry was good to work with too. He did a very nice job installing the new tile. It looks great, just like we wanted it. We still have painting and other work to do to finish the project. So Functional Floors scored 2 for 2 with an A rating."

"We had BOTH vinyl/wood flooring AND carpet laid by Town Center Flooring. The owner of the company really cares about his workers' performance, He only hires top notch installers! Very personable and professional. We had a number of heavy pieces of furniture and appliances to move and they did it as part of the job. We had just had our condo painted and they did not mar or scratch any of the walls! I would give them 10 stars, if that were permitted!"

"We needed a shower pan install and full waterproofing, then tile on shower floor and walls. Nazar was very helpful and informative. Able to fit us in quickly, and work was done perfectly and at a high level. Able to accommodate our tile design and even install the glass door and fixtures. Would not hesitate to hire again for additional services and will recommend to anyone needing high quality tile work or bathroom renovations."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Carpet Guys just installed our whole house with gorgeous luxury vinyl plank floors and new molding throughout! It has transformed the entire look of our house. Our in home salesman was terrific and helped us pick out our flooring. The installers were fabulous, friendly, on time and efficient. Nick, the installation manager, stopped by during the install to check on things. Super nice guy and appreciated him checking on the progress. Finally, Paul called to see how we were enjoying our new floors and wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. We also got a vacation voucher just for getting new floors!!! I highly recommend the Carpet Guys!"

"Scott (the owner) quoted the job and did the work himself which I liked. Other companies will send sales reps out that don’t really understand the work. Scott also was able to come and do the job quickly - called him Saturday morning and he came Sunday morning - other companies were quoting 4-6 weeks out. Our home / wood floors are only eight years old so we didn’t need a significant sand and stain. Scott used a floor sander and did our first floor and stairs and stained them with a good water based product all in under two hours - I applied the second coat myself with some stain he left me five hours later. My only regret is that some of the small “chips” in the floor did not sand out - I regret not filling them in myself prior to having Scott sand the floors. I am impressed with the quality of the water based product that was used and would use it again"
