As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. Paddys eliminated those pitfalls by performing in such an efficient manner that the work performed was accomplished in a single day minimizing the pain to our neighbors. As for the quality of the workmanship, Joses crew was as professional as they come. They were polite and responsive to my requests. Also Brian the QC inspector was professional in performing his oversite to ensure me that my neighbors home was as good or better than when the roof work was started. Matt the project manager was quick to respond to whatever I asked of them. These individuals demonstrated Paddys customer-focused culture and professionalism in all aspects of their job, be it workmanship, communication, or customer service. After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"October 2, 2019 - Roof replaced. I have so many good things to say, i'm not sure where to start. Every time I called with a question, someone answered or returned my call promptly. I was satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end. Alex met me at my house and gave me a very fair estimate. We walked the job down and he explained that Express also had financing available. That was good news, because I didn't really have the money to repair the roof right now and having the option made it very convenient. The team came late in the day due to an overrun on a previous job, but I was notified early in the morning and was not waiting around without knowledge of when they would arrive. Even though they got started late, they knocked the job out very quickly and efficiently. When they left, there was no way to tell that they had even been there because of the thorough clean-up they performed. There was a miscommunication between the estimator and I on the flashing color that I wanted around the chimney, but when I pointed it out, Tinos (Owner) was on site to talk it over with me and someone came down the very next day and corrected it without any additional charge. I also had my windows caulked and gutters refastened and Express took care of it all. It looks great. I highly recommend Express Exterior!"

"I had a problem with his approach or professionalism. He volunteered to do certain things and I told him no. Then he insisted. I think he was unprofessional in some of his conversation. He was directly rude. I just think he doesn't know any better. He needs to work on his professionalism. I realize he saw some items that needed work. But I said no the first time. We can do without the commentary (etc. It looks horrible). He also left some equipment behind. I called and said you left some equipment (which was not a problem) where do you want me to put it because I won't be here. He reiterated what he said the last time. I had already told him No. We were not going to use him at first because of his demeanor and behavior. But his price was sort of reasonable and affordable. Again I can't say anything about his quality of work. But his professionalism. It's not worth me using him again."
