Mr. Ray's pricing estimate was higher than several other companies who provided estimates for my project. As a result, I did not hire him to do the work. However, he did provide a no-cost estimate. Not all HVAC companies do that. He also explained to me the benefits of a zoned HVAC system, and left a very nice brochure showing the benefits of that. I may be looking into getting that done in the future."

My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan.
