"I love my bathroom! Jerry and team gutted my existing 1960s bathroom, updated the plumbing, and installed new walls, a new floor, and all new fixtures. I can't believe it's the same room! They removed it, reinstalled it, and turned the water on and off a few times. I was then told the handle would be tight for a few days but should loosen over time. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. I later called and spoke with dispatch, who stated that Sam was ?in trouble? for undercharging. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution."
