"Stay away from this rat. Worst HVAC experience of my life. I didn't even hire Mour(owner), he was subcontracted out to me(E & O HVAC). I just needed my central AC unit moved closer to my house after I replaced the back decking of my house. We agreed on a price, and on a date for the job. He never showed up that day; nor the next day. I had to hound him over the phone. 4 weeks later he finally showed up. He said he couldn't do my work sooner because my AC was working and he had customers whose AC wasn't working. After the job was the done, my own ac was no longer working. He had torn the hose, and the refrigerant leaked out. He made me wait 3 weeks, in August, before he finally returned to repair his own negligence. He, also, did not put in enough refrigerant. I called a different company to do that; just so I'd be rid of him. Stay away from this clown at all costs."
