We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "They did a great job cleaning all the tile and stone for the coupon price of $99 and offered to apply a seal for $50 more. My experience with stone and tile sealer is that it enhances the look of the stone and the colors pop but this didn't happen with this sealer so a little disappointed in that as the first time my stone was sealed it really came out beautifully.  I'll probably buy some stone sealer at Home Depot or Lowe's and apply it myself.  I recommend the tile cleaning offered but wouldn't opt to get it sealed again.
