Their complete disregard for accountability is infuriating. At first, things appeared to go smoothly, but the illusion of competence quickly disintegrated when it came time for the building inspection. The city inspector requires a letter from the project engineer verifying that the work is safe, sound, and compliant with code. 58 Foundations flat-out refuses to provide this basic validation of their work. Why won’t they stand behind their project? Are they hiding shoddy, substandard work? As a homeowner, I’m now saddled with the mess of an open permit and no resolution in sight. This is unacceptable. If a company won’t back their work with a simple letter, what does that say about their integrity—or lack thereof? Didn't expect this kind of run around from a well established professional firm, save yourself the headache."

Sussex plumbing promised to come out, showed up on time, promptly fixed the leak and did a quick repair on the shutoff valve. They planned to come out the day before we were to get a new refrigerator to replace the faulty valve and did not charge for this urgent repair at that time.
