"I started using ProLine Pools based on recommendations from some neighbors and friends who utilized their services. Some used the company for opening and closing, others for repairs and still others, like myself, needed the whole shebang! This company is full service and for the first time ever, owning a pool, I don?t have to be home or watch camera feeds to see that all was completed. They are pleasant, thorough, and beyond competent! All with a smile! Jen and Kellie, in particular, are the most reliable, knowledgeable pool specialists and I actually request them now. What a relief to know that your property is in such good hands and you can actually count on experience and expertise. I would rate them an 11 out of 10. Yes, THAT GOOD!!"

"C&D were really impressive. I had used them some years ago and (through no fault of theirs) I had to install a new liner. They came out promptly, did the work in a timely manner and I was swimming again once the pool had been refilled. I would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of pool work done."

"My complaints were that in the quoted price, my cover was to be removed, washed, folded up, and put in my garage. I washed it and folded it with my son in law later with no price drop. His son had put the "eyeballs" in the pool on both ends, and directed them in the wrong direction, so I had no circular movement of water. I had to loosen them and redirect them myself. Also, he left in such a hurry, he didn't realize there was a big leak at my sand filter head. I had to have my son in law come a fix that. Safe to say, he would have probably fixed the above had we not been chatting so much. If I had realized all the above, he probably would have rectified them all, even the cover left for me with no difference in price. As a pool pro, talking or not, I think he should have verified all was well before leaving!"

He did a wonderful job and was very neat! I could tell he was experienced and I had total confidence he would do a great job.
