"This was a callback to Black Hills Services. They did a top notch job less than a year ago installing a roof mounted heat pump heating/cooling system. As luck would have it, a big limb damaged the roof this winter so now there s various options for repairing/replacing the roof. One option involves uninstalling/reinstalling the heat pump to allow a membrane roof to be laid down. What was great about today s visit is I wasn t charged for working up a bid and Black Hills was SUPER careful and courteous about maintaining our household s self-imposed COVID-19 standards.
