"This was on a Sunday afternoon. While attempting to repair our toilet the supply line valve broke off. Water everywhere! Had to shut off the Main so no water to the entire house! We called three "24/7" plumbing services and no one was available. One suggested we call T&J. While we did have to wait they were able to call someone in to come out. He arrived, had to locate parts for our older plumbing and go pick them up. Got it replaced and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would use again!"

The scope of work included digging, old sewer line replacement, installing a back flow check valve to prevent future city sewerage backup and refill and level the dirt back to grade. John was very careful and considerate of the landscape during the work with minimal disturbance to the area. He was very efficient and professional from the project scope, quote, schedule and project completion. "I called them for my outside faucet and my toilet both were leaking. He was very honest and told me I needed to replace my toilet because my tank through and hey could not help me. H then looked my faucet up and gave me a price to replace. They replaced it today. Their quote was the lowest I received and least amount of time. He replaced it in under 15 minutes everyone else was quoting 1 1/2 hours and almost $300 dollars. Very nice young man. Helped me to set up my hose correctly as I just had shoulder surgery and let me water the flower bed while he completed paper work. They also called three times because the other job was running longer than expected! I will use them again. My dad always took care of these things now he is unable it is nice to have a reliable service."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"We were able to come to terms on 3 bathroom painting projects.   Overall Dave is very responsive and punctual.  He definitely shows up when he says he will and that goes a long way.  Finish on paint is ok, but not the best.   I think that his dry wall work is very good and prep is pretty good.   Overall contractor I would give a good rating or a B.  Definitely not as bad as some of the contractors we have utilized so maybe with the market so busy he would be acceptable and does decent work for the price.   He definitely finishes his projects as well.   Overall B experience."
