"When my air conditioning system quit operating, I phoned Dial Plumbing & Air Conditinoning Mike was at my home within a half hour. He checked out the system which was very old and determined that it would have to be replaced. He gave me a quote which I accepted and signed a contract. Included was deductions for rebates on FPL and FL City Gas which they then handled. Delivery and installation of the new sysrem would be in about a week. What a horribly hot day in August! Before an hour passed, a “loaner” unit was brought out and hooked up. Aaah, cool air. Two highly-qualified gentlemen, Felix and Nick removed the old system and replaced it. How they managed to work so **** ** such a hot day is amazing. They showed me how to operate the new thermostat and told me to phone if I needed anything further. . All old materials were removed. Everything was left clean and tidy. If I ever needed a plumber or air conditioner again, would I hire them and/or recommend Dial to others, you bet! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the best, I would score them a 12!"
