The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. "When they arrived later than scheduled (1.5 hrs late) they did a fine job. Removed existing sink/faucet & installed replacement sink/faucet. They offered to take the old unit to give to Habitat for Humanity for an upcoming project (this sink was still in good shape) which was great. Both of the guys doing the job were very friendly/efficient. However, new faucet does the same thing as the old one - the hose catches on the turn off valves under the sink - I asked about moving the turn off valves to a lower position on the pipes to avoid this - they weren't very enthusiastic about doing this-used duct tape on valves to keep hose from catching"
