"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"
